چکیده
In present communication, a new Aurivillius family compound K 2 Bi 4 Ti WO 18 was synthesized, and the impact of swift heavy ion (SHI), Ni +11 irradiation on its surface dielectric properties has been studied in detail. The phase formation this complex oxide, crystallization to B2cb symmetry confirmed by X-ray diffraction. However, post XRD, SEM AFM studies shows amorphization, agreement with theoretical calculations. Furthermore, effect also observed bulk as system transform negative constant above 350 radio frequencies. This transition is correlation significant change other parameters such enhancement AC conductivity, helical Nyquist plot multiple relaxations. conspicuous changes response attributed SHI induced defect formation, modification energy barriers their consequences electronic structure. Thus, current study suggests that could be tailored opens possibility tuning functional properties.

Fractal to nonfractal phase transition in the dielectric breakdown model.
A fast method is presented for simulating the dielectric-breakdown model using iterated conformal mappings. Numerical results for the dimension and for corrections to scaling are in good agreement with the recent renormalization group prediction of an upper critical eta(c) = 4, at which a transition occurs between branching fractal clusters and one-dimensional nonfractal clusters.

متن کاملCalculation of dielectric constant and loss of two-phase composites
The field distribution, dielectric constant, and loss in a two-phase composite, in which phase A is distributed inside a square matrix of phase B, have been calculated using the finite-element method ~FEM!. The calculation was carried out by taking into account different shapes for phase A, such as circles, triangles, and rings with different sizes. The modeling by FEM in the dielectric composi...
متن کاملPhase transition of the dry friction between crystalline surfaces induced by normal load
A major source of energy dissipation and surface wear is the kinetic friction at the interfaces of sliding bodies. Traditionally, on a macroscopic scale, this undesirable effect is reduced with lubricating the surfaces by introducing oil into their interface. An interesting phenomenon, called superlubricity, has been reported on a nanometer scale where dry (without lubricant oil) fruition and w...
